School of Professional is a Online Learning or eLearning platform that provides online programs and courses to our client and users. By subscribing to the School of Professional Service, you will obtain and read, agree to the terms and conditions set forth below and any future changes (the “Terms & Conditions of Service”).

USERS OF THE AGREEMENT
User may not share, or otherwise make available, any part of School of Professional contents and / or resources (including, but not limited to, video, files, digital material, etc.), different content on this website without permission or agreement from School of Professional.
REGISTRATION
Registration can be submitted via online registration or offline brochure. Registration will only be confirmed once we have received proof of full payment from user.
Company or user may substitute the participants before the course begins and is obliged to inform School of Professional .
GRANT APPLICATION AND CLAIM PROCESS
For HRDF registered company, the claim or grant application should be submitted by client via HRDF e-tris portal at least (1) day before the course date. Related document or procedure may needed during this process. Please refer to HRDF portal for further details.
School of Professional will assist clients in preparing any relevant documents such as invoices, payment receipts or certificates.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made through online banking on this platform, telegraphic transfer, cheque, ePerolehan or cash deposit. Full payment should be made 1 week before the course date.
We also accept any LO or LOU for Government Agencies.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Any cancellation of registration must be notified no later than 3 business days prior to the course date or no refunds will be granted if lesser than this period. Refunds approval will take a minimum of 2 weeks to be processed.
School of Professional is the sole arbitrator for the approval of a refund and cancellation or amendments of any program, venue, trainer replacement, and or topics it warranted by circumstances beyond it’s control.
COPYRIGHT
CERTIFICATION
Digital Certificate of Completion can be download once user completed any course and no signature is required on the certificate as generate by computer. This certificate can be use as evidence of course completion only, otherwise stated in the course details for any reference or competency or accreditation.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCHOOL OF PROFESSIONAL RIGHT
School of Professional reserves the right to change or discontinue the service for any reason, without notice at any time.
School of Professional reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any reason at any time.
School of Professional reserves the right to remove web content that contains unauthorized, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libelous or offensive content or infringes on any party’s intellectual property or these Terms & Conditions of Service.
Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retaliation) by any of School of Professional’s customers, employees, members, or School of Professional employees will result in termination of the account immediately.
School of Professional reserves the right to temporarily disable the Account until settlement is reached between the disputed parties.
